Therapy for Anxiety & OCD to Help You Quiet the Noise and Make Room for What Matters
When anxiety or OCD takes over, it can feel like your mind is constantly racing. Worry becomes exhausting, intrusive thoughts feel impossible to ignore, and life can start to revolve around avoiding discomfort instead of enjoying the things that matter most.
You don't have to stay stuck.
At The Quiet Mind Clinic, I provide compassionate virtual therapy for teens and adults experiencing anxiety disorders, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), postpartum anxiety, life transitions, and the challenges that often come with them. I help clients understand what is happening, develop effective tools, and regain confidence so they can spend less time fighting anxiety and more time living their lives.
Using evidence-based approaches including Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness practices, we’ll work together to break unhelpful cycles, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Therapy with me is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy can be effective without feeling intimidating or overly formal. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, ask questions, celebrate progress, and even find moments of humor along the way.
If you're ready to quiet the noise, reconnect with what matters, and feel more in control of your life, I’d be honored to help.
